GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Requirements:
Age	:	27-32
Qualification	:	Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline
Experience	:	4-5 year's experience in Graphic Designing
Software Knowledge	:	Expertise in Graphic Designing software
Language	:	Excellent communication skills in English

Knowledge of Mac, Photoshop, PageMaker, Coral Draw, Illustrator, Quark Express.
Knowledge of all types of Graphic designing and Web Site designing
Thorough knowledge of lay out and designing
Excellent knowledge in HTML, Java Script, DHTML,GIF Animator, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Coral Draw, Dream Weaver, Illustrator, PageMaker with creative outlook
Excellent knowledge in book design, brochures, announcements, logo design and letterhead packages, magazine design, design and redesign manuals and booklets and Advertisement design
Leadership qualities and management abilities to lead and inspire a team of designers
Ability to create designs within a time frame
Exceptional presentation skills
Experience in directing multiple projects within deadlines
Experience in live projects

Responsible to lead a team and provide functional direction to other Graphic Designers by establishing direction, key concepts, strategies and brand positioning
Responsible for staff training
Responsible for leading, influencing and/or integrating a variety of design disciplines, which may include graphic communication design, multi-media, writing and research
Participate in special tasks and perform other duties as and when needed
